A hallway ceiling light carved from golden travertine
A dome of golden stone, a walnut base plate, a bead of opal glass: this hallway ceiling light greets every return home with a soft glow and turns a passage into a proper room in its own right.
Stone, wood and glass together
The dome is shaped from a yellow travertine with natural pores, so every piece carries its own veining, like a stone worn smooth over time. It rests on a round walnut wood base plate, with an opal glass globe peeking out beneath the stone. It comes in a compact Ø 15 cm, 12 cm high ceiling version, or a Ø 12 cm, 15 cm high wall-mounted version.
A mineral glow along the way
The opal globe softens the source and casts a warm halo that draws out the grain of the stone. In a hallway, landing or dressing room, it sets a calm, wabi-sabi mood from the doorstep. Pair the wall light with the ceiling version to carry the same material along a whole passage.
