A hallway ceiling light that sculpts the ceiling above you
A hallway is the room you cross without ever really looking at it. Gylen unfolds a fan of angular blades across it, each one cut to a chevron point, pressed flat against the ceiling like a folded sheet of paper caught mid-fold. This hallway ceiling light throws a warm white glow onto the floor and wall below, and that passage becomes the first thing you notice coming home.
A fan of blades, two finishes
The body is iron, dressed in a fine-grained wood-effect finish, in light oak or walnut. The blades overlap like a fan barely opened, separated by V-shaped notches that carve out shadow: two blades on the 20cm model, three on the wider, more graphic 30cm model. The whole piece stays pressed flat to the ceiling, with no drop or suspension, where a chandelier would be too much.
Two light sources, two directions
Beneath the fan, two small cubes each carry a square diffuser. One points straight down and pools light onto the floor ahead of your steps, the other tilts and washes the wall, a frame, or a doorway. The warm white 3000K tone stays gentle in the evening and never bleaches the woodwork. The recommended coverage is 5 to 10 square metres, right for a hallway, an entrance, a landing or a small bedroom.
Surface-mounted, no bulbs to change
It fits directly onto the ceiling plate, with no recessing or cutting required. The LED source is integrated and included: there is no bulb to buy or fit. The light runs on 90 to 260V and is switched from your usual wall switch. It is not designed for a dimmer, so the light keeps a steady intensity. A ceiling electrical supply is needed; if you are replacing an existing ceiling light, the wiring already in place will do.
