A hand woven bamboo pendant light, a hat shade full of light
A wide, rippling hat in openwork bamboo, a lantern nestled at its heart: this hand woven bamboo pendant light filters the light through its weave and draws woven patterns of shadow on the ceiling.
A handcrafted weave, seven sizes
Each piece is hand woven in real bamboo over a thin iron frame: the ripples along the edge vary slightly from one piece to the next, a signature of the handmade process. Seven diameters, from Ø 35 cm above a reading corner to Ø 100 cm for a large table, with a central lantern of roughly Ø 15 x H 16 cm that houses the bulb. The piece comes in natural bamboo, matt black, or a flush ceiling version.
A light that dresses the whole ceiling
Lit, the lantern gives off a soft glow while the openwork weave casts its woven shadows across the ceiling: the whole piece becomes decor. Above a dining table, in a bedroom, or as a pair of staggered diameters, Einell suits rooms of 5 to 10 square metres and coordinates from one part of the home to another.
Simple, reassuring installation
Standard E27 fitting (bulb not included, LED recommended), wired for 90 to 260 V, it suits UK 230 V mains. The two pendant versions fix by cable; the flush ceiling version mounts directly against the ceiling. At under a kilogram, the featherweight bamboo makes fitting straightforward.
