Real hemp rope, hand-wound around a black iron frame: this rope pendant light brings the raw warmth of an old-fashioned bistro to your room. Hung from its thick, knotted cord, it warms the table at first glance, well before it's switched on.
Black iron and hemp rope, craft you can see
The Ø30 cm drum is dressed in coils of natural hemp rope, held between a conical spoked cap in matte black iron and a fine perforated grille. The body stands 18 cm high and hangs from a genuine thick cord, finished with a decorative knot that marks its character.
A golden light through the fibre
Lit, an exposed filament bulb makes the fibre glow: light filters between the coils, escapes through the lower grille and washes the table in an amber halo. Above a dining table, a kitchen island or a counter, the rope pendant light sets a mood for long shared meals.
Simple to fit, works with any bulb
The E27 fitting takes any standard bulb, LED included: the bulb is not included, so you choose the white tone and bulb style freely (a vintage filament is recommended for the retro spirit). Wired for 90 to 260V, it suits UK 230V mains, and the pendant connects like an ordinary ceiling light, assembled in a few steps.
