A wall light where a sculpted hand holds up a torch

A cast metal hand closes its fingers around a tapered shaft and lifts a flame of tinted glass toward the ceiling. This wall light throws not a plain white beam but an amber glow, like a flame that never flickers.

Tinted glass, a bronze patina

The shade is a thick, moulded tinted glass, its texture shaped into tongues of flame. Colour runs from straw yellow at the tip to brick red at the base. The body is cast metal, finished in a matt bronze patina, with gilt highlights picked out on the knuckles and the rim of the back plate. The whole piece stands 47 cm high with a 21 cm projection (13 cm at the lowest point).

An amber glow for hallways and stairs

The tinted glass filters the light and returns it as a warm amber wash, covering roughly 5 to 10 m². On a staircase, along a hallway or in an entrance, it lights the way without flooding the space. Two orientations are available, angled to the right or to the left, so you can follow the line of your wall or fit a pair either side of a doorway.

Wall mounted, E27 fitting, bulb not included

The fixture mounts to the wall by its round back plate, onto a standard back box. It takes an E27 screw bulb, chosen to suit the mood, and the bulb is not included. Wired for 90 to 260 V, it suits UK 230 V mains. There is no built-in switch or dimmer, so wire it to a switched circuit.
